Field Mapping isn’t available in configuration.
To populate mappings you should have at least one record in Mautic. Create one or more records and then reload the page.

The sync is not working.
Try the following solutions:

Verify if the scheduler is running
- Go to Admin – Schedulers.
- See if Mautic Sync Scheduler is active.
- If it is inactive, edit the scheduler and change its status to Active
- Go to Admin – Connectors – Set connector properties – Mautic.
- Click on the Test Connector button.
- Click on the Click here to Connect button.
- Go to Admin – Synchronization Settings – RT Mautic Field Mapper.
- Verify that Sugar fields are mapped to a single Mautic field, and no field is mapped to more than one field.
- Go to Target List.
- Open the Target List.
- Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Edit button, Set the sync button to Enabled if it is disabled.

- Go to Admin – Synchronization Settings – Modules Setting.
- Check if the Enable Syncing checkbox is checked.

Authentication isn't working.
- Clear the Mautic instance cache.
- Check the Mautic instance permissions.
- If you are getting the 500 internal server error during authorization, then check your Redirect URI on Mautic and Callback URL on SugarCRM Mautic Connector Settings. Both need to be identical.

The Synchronization Settings page is distorted on the Edit/Detail view on SugarCRM 10.
- Go to Profile – Edit – Advanced Tab.
- Set the Field Name Placement to Above Field Value.
