The latest version of RT Personalize is compatible with Sugar versions 9 and above. Previously, it was compatible with Sugar 7 and 8. Check the release notes on our SugarOutfitters page for more details.

Can I add more font styles in addition to the available options?
You cannot add your own fonts in the current version of the plugin, but we hope to bring this functionality in the near future.

Can I make my own custom palette based on the colors of my choice?
Currently, creating your own color palette is not supported, but we hope to add this option in the near future.

Why do some modules like Calendar and Documents don’t fully reflect the changes made through RT Personalize?
This issue existed in older versions of SugarCRM. In the newer versions, it no longer occurs. Please upgrade to Sugar 11.3 or newer to overcome this problem.

Are the changes applied to third party modules?
Yes, the latest version of RT Personalize works well with most of the plugins on SugarOutfitters. When you install a plugin, your chosen color palette will be applied to third party modules as well.
