Can I view my StikiNotes anywhere?
The stikinotes widget is available on screen anywhere in the CRM. You can minimize and restore it anytime.
Can I hide the StikiNotes Panel?
Yes, you can click the minimize button left to the cross button in the menu panel of the StikiNotes widget and can maximize anytime by clicking the minimized widget of RT StikiNotes.
Can anyone see my notes?
Only those users can see your notes which are members of the team with which you have shared the notes, but no one can edit your notes even if the note is shared with them.
Who can I share my notes with?
You can share your stikinotes with any team that you are in. You cannot share the StikiNote with the teams that you are not a member of.
Can I share my notes with an individual user?
No, you can only share the note with the team and the note will be shared with all the users of that team.
Can I bring back a StikiNote after crossing it?
This is a feature in RT StikiNotes but we will be adding it in the next release.
