Which modules are supported by RT SugarBoards?

RT SugarBoards now supports all sidecar modules (out-of-box and custom). Some of the modules are listed below:

I keep getting the "Render Failure" error when I go to RT SugarBoards View after installation?

Make sure you have run Repair and Rebuild before using RT SugarBoards. If the error message still does not go away, you may want to clear your cache.

How many records are shown on the Kanban view?

Records are displayed based on list view pagination. e.g 20 of 200 records of the module by default.

What is Column Summary? Can it be changed or customized?

Column Summary is currently being displayed in the Quotes and Opportunities module. It allows the user to know a summary of the records in the columns such as total opportunities amount of the current records displayed in a column in opportunities module. In order to customize or enable this feature in another module please contact support.

Does RT SugarBoards support custom modules?

Yes, RT SugarBoards should be available in any Module containing a list view.

I want to group by the records by a field of my choice. Is that possible?

You can create a group based on any (dropdown or relate) field that is not read-only. Go to RT SugarBoards settings, expand the accordion of the Module you want to add the group in, click Add Group and select a field. Voila! your group has been created.

How does RT SugarBoards group the cards?

Each module has been configured to group records by a few of its fields such as status, assigned to etc.

I cannot see an opportunity record that I closed, what to do?

You can view that record in the list view of Opportunities module.

Can I add or change grouping type and grouping levels?

You can add a new Group but Grouping Levels are not available in RT SugarBoards yet. So drop us an email at support@rolustech.com if you’re interested in Grouping Levels.

Does it support mobile view?

No.

Is it possible to show different information on the cards?

What are 'Quick Create Activity Buttons'?

They allow the user to create an activity against a record such as calls, meetings, etc by dropping a create activity drawer.

Does the plugin support pagination?

The plugin implements the same pagination as that of the list view.

RT SugarBoards view is not appearing in some of the modules where it should be available?

RT SugarBoards is available for all Modules with List-Views. If you have done customization, it would most probably be overriding the RT SugarBoards View. Please contact us at support@rolustech.com, we will figure out a solution for you.

Where can I change the Success/Failure Stages drop area values?

Click on the settings tab or open the RT SugarBoards Main menu from the profile action menu. A configuration page will appear where you can change these values.

Why is my card not expanding?

Make sure you have the secondary information added in it. Please check the User Manual for the secondary information.
