RT SalesMap utilizes Google Maps API to fetch data from selected SugarCRM modules and display their records’ locations on a map. The positioning of the pins is determined by the addresses associated with the records. The visual representation of your data makes it easy to identify trends and patterns. RT SalesMap also provides access to Google Maps directions to help you navigate to your desired location with ease.

You can view all the records in a module’s list view in the RT SalesMap dashlet. You can apply filters to locate the records of your choice, and you can export all addresses as csv or pdf files.

Identify the category of pins on the map through record segmentation. To segment records on the map, RT SalesMap uses a combination of multiple colors. Each module is represented by a different colored pin so it is easy to distinguish between different types of records.

Plan your route with the RT SalesMap’s route planner. This feature not only helps you in finding the best route from your source location to the destination but also provides driving direction.

RT SalesMap allows users to filter their search by radius from a certain location. Enter the center location, then enter the radius, and a simple toggle will limit the search to records within the radius only. This will help users prioritize records that are within a certain distance of a desired location. The radius can be created in both miles and kilometers, making it useful for both US and European markets.

If you have previously geocoded records in your CRM, you can map those using RT SalesMap as well. Just configure the longitude and latitude field mapping, and those records will be shown to you in the SalesMap view.
