Call Forwarding
Don’t miss any incoming calls. RT Telephony allows the operator to forward an incoming call to an available agent.
Inbound & Outbound SMS
In addition to the verbal communication, RT Telephony also supports text conversations. You can send and receive messages instantly in SugarCRM with the SMS Chat feature. To initiate SMS conversation through Sugar, all you require is the RT Telephony plugin.
Call Recording
RT Telephony can record each call made or received through the SugarCRM interface. Once a call is over, the plugin automatically saves its data in Sugar along with the voice recording and notes taken during the call.
Emojis
Give your conversations a touch of flavor with emojis. You can use your favorite round little friends in all your text conversations inside RT Telephony. Look for the emoji icon in the chat window to get started!
Click to Call
Make and receive calls in Sugar easily from any default or custom SugarCRM modules, including Leads, Contacts, and Accounts. The calls can be made via multiple channels: web, desktop, and mobile applications – using the mic and speakers.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Let RT Telephony be an operator for you. With the IVR settings of RT Telephony, you can compose a welcome message, direct incoming calls using user extensions, and enable features such as call waiting, call recording, and voice mail in your Sugar Platform.
Notification
Whenever there is an incoming call or SMS, the plugin displays a pop-up notification on the user’s screen with the record’s information.
SMS Campaigns
Create SMS Templates and send messages to your target lists from within SugarCRM. You can schedule a campaign ahead of time, or use Quick Campaign to send out campaign messages instantly.
