Job Description:
We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound sales efforts and help generate qualified leads for our business development team. You should have strong communication skills, confidence in initiating conversations with international prospects, and the ability to quickly understand client needs. You’ll be responsible for engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the senior sales team. You must have prior experience generating leads for a service-based IT company (not product-based), and a solid understanding of IT services or agency-style offerings will be a major plus.
Responsibilities:
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects in the US, EU, and EMEA markets to introduce our services.
- Qualify leads by identifying their needs, timelines, budgets, and alignment with our ICP.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the BDEs.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, conversations, and lead statuses in the CRM.
- Execute follow-up sequences (calls, emails, and LinkedIn) for warm or previously contacted leads.
- Meet monthly KPIs related to call volume, meeting bookings, and lead qualification accuracy.
- Share market feedback, objections, and prospect insights with the BD team to refine scripts and outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong outbound positioning.
- Stay updated with global market trends in technology services and outbound sales best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in cold calling, SDR/BDR roles, or US outbound sales.
- Proven experience generating leads for service-based IT companies (agency model), not product-based sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and neutral accent.
- Strong understanding of IT services (CRM, ERP, Web/Mobile Development, AI, or related domains).
- Ability to handle objections, stay persistent, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, or Zoho is a plus.
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in night shifts to support international markets.
