Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced AI Lead with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, AIOps, and web application development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of AI/ML engineers, drive the end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered products, and architect intelligent solutions using large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. The candidate will manage multiple concurrent client engagements, switch context efficiently across projects, and serve as a technical bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience with a strong focus on Generative AI and ML development
- Deep expertise in GenAI concepts: LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and AI agent orchestration
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning model development and AIOps pipelines
- Experience building and integrating AI into web applications
- Ability to lead, mentor, and grow an AI engineering team
- Strong multitasking skills managing multiple client projects simultaneously
- Effective context-switching between technical delivery and stakeholder-facing responsibilities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce is a plus point
