Keith Binley from Prodent Capital approached Rolustech in 2017 for a project that came to be known as MyCreditData. Keith was in need of a Client Relationship Management (CRM) solution for his business to proactively tackle the ensuing GDPR policies. He wanted a mechanism to regulate the amount of personal information held by companies. However, he wasn’t clear regarding the features that he should implement. Rolustech took up the challenge and provided professional guidance on how a CRM could be used to adequately cover his needs. Rolustech carried out a complete Market Research relating to the client’s industry and consequently provided a roadmap and a sense of direction before moving on to the CRM customization.


Rolustech provided a secure CMS and integrated it with SugarCRM accompanied with numerous plugins, customization, migration features and support. The major integrations included DocuSign to provide a communication medium that was secure as well as one of the best in the market. DocuSign also provided electronic signature functionality. SMS Service was also integrated, providing a two-way authentication process for added security. Furthermore, PayPal integration was implemented along with website tracking features. SugarCRM was also customized in terms of modules, custom modules including customer tracking, results reports, and document tracking were provided. This was implemented on SugarCRM 7.8.
